Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain professional integrity and represent the team appropriately in all interactions.
  • Execute assigned administrative tasks, such as creating users, updating profiles, modifying page layouts, loading data, and promptly addressing user requests.
  • Provide technical support for issue resolution on the Salesforce platform, integration components, managed packages, and applications. This includes triage, analysis, and coordination of vendor responses as needed.
  • Conduct platform and application monitoring, implementing preventative maintenance, and continuously improving to meet high client satisfaction KPIs.
  • Perform Sandbox refreshes and maintenance, proactively planning for upgrades and seasonal releases.
  • Create change requests and software release packages, ensuring adherence to principles, policies, and product standards for successful application deliveries.
  • Keep knowledge artifacts up-to-date to support and maintain new, enhanced, and changed application software.
  • Educate and train fellow development and support analysts, as well as business stakeholders, on the administration and maintenance of the changed software.
  • Work collaboratively within a team-focused environment, building positive relationships with other staff, teams, and partners in line with Business Services values.

Required Skills & Capabilities

  • Overall 7-10 Years of experience along with Certified Salesforce Administrator with relevant experience.
  • Experience in enterprise applications support and maintenance.
  • Implementation and roll-out experience with Salesforce/other CRMs.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Industries Cloud Administration.
  • Knowledge of Omnistudio, including Omniscripts, Flexcards, and more.
  • Understanding of information systems support practices and ITIL.
  • Effective communication, adaptability, and high initiative.
  • Strong customer focus and relationship management.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and adept at both independent and team work.
