You'll be joining a new and fast moving cross-functional team, being closely involved in the growth and innovation journey.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio tools including:
    • OmniScripts
    • FlexCards
    • Integration Procedures
    • DataRaptors
  • Build highly customizable front-end components using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using RESTful APIs, Apex callouts, and external services.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle from discovery to deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices in security, scalability, and performance.
  • Work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and architects to convert business requirements into technical designs.
  • Create and maintain data models, custom metadata, and ensure clean and optimized data flow across systems.
  • Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to team knowledge sharing, peer reviews, and reusability efforts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues in production and non-production environments.
  • Contribute to agile ceremonies – daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog, grooming, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Capabilities

  • 5–7 years of total Salesforce development experience
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce OmniStudio
  • Proficient in:
    ○ Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Queueable)
    ○ Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    ○ SOQL/SOSL
    ○ Declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, sharing & security architecture
  • Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology and use of DevOps tools (e.g.,Copado, Git, CI/CD pipelines)

✅ Salesforce Platform Developer I
✅ Salesforce Administrator
